Dear Alpha Delta Sisters, Parents, and Friends,A century ago, our Kappa Delta chapter was established at Rhodes College. Whether you became a member years ago, are currently part of the chapter, or have been a parent or friend of an Alpha Delta, you contribute to Alpha Delta’s legacy of excellence and sisterly love.When we think of Alpha Delta Chapter, one cherished place stands out: our beloved lodge. It’s where we ran to on Bid Day, where we showcased our sisterhood during Recruitment, held All Sing practices, organized countless Shamrock and Girl Scout Projects, held Chapter meetings, where we gathered outside for spirited renditions of the Ho, and so much more! It’s the backdrop for countless memories that we fondly recount during Homecoming with our pledge sisters, spouses, and families.Since its construction in 1928, the lodge has evolved alongside our chapter, including a recent renovation and expansion in 2015. At that time, the Alpha Delta House Corporation secured a $250,000 loan from the Kappa Delta Housing Fund, leaving a remaining balance of $120,000. In celebration of our chapter’s Centennial, our fundraising campaign aims to raise at least $150,000 to pay off this loan and establish a reserve for future repairs and enhancements.Please contribute as you can, but even more importantly, take this opportunity to connect with your friends, pledge class, and fellow council members, and come together!
